Amy Noga (Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer)

Biography

As Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Amy oversees daily operations, compliance, projects, and resource management at the Capitas Home Office in Minneapolis. She manages strategic relationships with Capitas’ preferred carriers, national accounts and various vendors.

Amy has extensive operational and leadership experience and is very knowledgeable in the areas of life, disability and long term care insurance. Prior to joining Capitas, Amy managed the Executive Benefits administration and underwriting teams at Aon, a benefit consulting and administration firm. Previously, Amy also worked at Prudential Life Insurance Company where she managed a number of strategic national accounts and new business teams. She attended the University of Minnesota where she received her BA in Economics.
