Chris Peplinski (Vice President of Sales & Institutions)

Biography

Chris Peplinski joined the Capitas Financial team in 2020 as the National Accounts Manager. He is responsible for managing Capitas Financial’s 15+ national account relationships and overseeing national account operations at the Capitas headquarters in Minneapolis. Chris helps execute sales strategies and drive growth while ensuring alignment between institutional goals and field operations.

Chris began his career as a Wealth Management Intern with a boutique RIA firm, JNBA Financial Advisors, where he gained foundational knowledge in wealth management and financial services. Following this role, Chris spent 5 years as a Brokerage Manager at an independent BGA working primarily with financial advisors. During this time, Chris was on a team with his OSJ Principal and was also responsible for preparing and presenting in client meetings, reviewing client portfolios and executing trades. Chris holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Chris obtained a B.S. in Finance from the Saint Could State University in St. Cloud, MN and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park, MN.
