Roger Weber (Chief Financial Officer)

Biography

Roger Weber oversees all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization. Weber is responsible for the analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasting for the Capitas corporate office.

Weber has worked in the financial services industry – primarily in the areas of audit and operations – for the past 45 years. Prior to this, Weber held several senior operational management roles with ING US Financial Services.

Weber graduated from Northern State College with a degree in accounting, and completed the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College in 1994.
