Shara Beekman (Manager of Marketing & Events)

Biography

Shara Beekman joined Capitas Financial as a full-time team member in 2014 after completing a summer marketing internship with the company. In her current role as Manager of Marketing & Events, Shara oversees the creation of content and design templates for Capitas’ branding, promotional materials, and sales support resources, including digital assets for the website and social media platforms. She also manages the distribution of both print and electronic communications, while providing support to Capitas agencies with their individual marketing needs.

In addition to her marketing responsibilities, Shara coordinates the logistics and planning for corporate-level events, conferences, and sales recognition trips. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bethel University, with a focus on Marketing, as well as a minor in Graphic Design.
